The greenhouses were used for the cultivation of tomatoes and can with minor adjustments be used for farming with other crops.
The developed lands can be used for cash crop farming. The farm is suitable for cattle farming with grazing on most of the portions – see website for detail.

B: – Wattle Cove Farm: 383, 390, 391 and 410 – JUST the IMMOVABLE Properties ONLY) excluding certain MOVABLES), (note that Farm 410, belonging to Glendale Farm, must be sold with Wattle Cove Farms as the infrastructure co-insides with Wattle Cove Farms)

TENDER 2:
A: – ONLY the greenhouses on Glendale Farm – 414 – (incl: 2x 150 000L water tanks, 2x 75 000L water tanks & fertigation system)
B: – ONLY the greenhouses on Wattle Cove Farm – 391 & Glendale Farm – 410 (incl: 1x 150 000L water tanks & fertigation system)

TENDER 3:
A: – Packhouse, as well as the pack line together – (Glendale Farm, 414)

TENDER 4:
A: – Packhouse structure only – (Glendale Farm)
B: – Pack line only – (Glendale Farm)

TENDER 5:
A: – John Deere generator – (Glendale Farm) – 100KvA
B: – John Deere generator – (Wattle Cove Farm) – 150KvA

TENDER 6:
A: – Wattle Cove Farm & Glendale Farm together with greenhouses, water tanks, fertigation systems, packhouse, pack line & generators as a complete unit.

TENDER 7:
A: – Glendale Farm: 414, 412, 411 – IMMOVABLE Properties TOGETHER with the greenhouses, water tanks, generator, fertigation system & packhouse with pack line.
B: – Wattle Cove Farm: 383, 390, 391 and 410 – IMMOVABLE Properties TOGETHER with the greenhouses, generator & water tank & fertigation system.
