Very good pasture farm, sweet and sour field for cattle and sheep. Very water-rich.
The residential improvements are all clustered closely together with the exception of the one barn and the one hiking cottage.
To the one side is a fairly neat conventional farm residence with attached outbuildings to it.
Adjacent to the above is a rondawel with store rooms adjacent to that which is concerted into accommodation for the laborers on the farm. To the other side of the above is another large shed with stock handling facilities to the other side.
Two large dams are located strategically to store the registered water rights water for irrigation purposes, there are no boreholes present on the farm because of the high quantity of available water.
A large number of Perennial fountains are found at various locations across the farm of which some originate high up the mountains.
On one mountain face 3 running waterfalls supporting the fact of the abundance of water, three (3) large weirs strategically constructed at various locations to capture the fountain water from where it is distributed by means of gravity and pipes to eight (8) reservoirs from where the water is fed to drinking trough for the livestock.
One (1) Eskom power transformer located on the farm.
Currently there is no game fencing along any boundary of the farm. Normal Jackal proofed fencing along the boundaries of the farm.
The interior fencing is standard 1.2m high 6 to 7 strand stock proof fencing.
Areas around the improvements and around the irrigation camps are normal stock proof fencing.
