Bonsmara cattle and Dohne cross Mutton Merino sheep

Cattle

• 50 + 50 Cows with calves – 3 in 1
• 230 Heifers – 2.5 years old – 4 to 5 months pregnant from Artificial insemination bulls
• 40 Purebred Bonsmara bulls – 20 months old

Sheep

• 100 + 100 Dohne cross Mutton Merino ewes with lambs – 2 to 4 teeth, 6 months in wool. Lambs are bred from Ile de France rams
• 2 Ile de France rams – 3 years old

• Herd tested for BM and TB
• Pregnancy status of female animals will be confirmed day of auction.
• Bulls are halter tame.
• Bulls tested for Trigomoniasis and Vibriosis.
• Bulls tested for fertility.

From Bethal: Take the Middelburg (R35) for 35km. Turn right at the Hendrina (R542) road. Drive for 10km. Turn to farm on left. Follow directions.
From Middelburg: Take the Bethal (R35) road for 37km. Turn left onto the Hendrina (R542) road. Drive for 10km. Turn to farm on left. Follow directions.
From Ermelo: Drive to Hendrina. Follow the Bethal road for 5km. Turn right onto the VanDyksdrift (R542) road. Drive for 12.5km. Turn to place on right. Follow the directions.
