Hessequa Municipality is responsible for the subdivision of the portion.

The purchaser is responsible for the following –

1. Costs of the contour plan and layout, which will be made available to the purchaser.
2. The purchaser must at least develop the number of plots as indicated on the contour plan.
3. The purchaser is at his own costs responsible for the costs of rezoning, the land use application costs, as well as the connection costs to the civil and electrical services.
4. The purchaser is also responsible for the capital contributions in terms of the approved tariffs of the Municipality.
